For the 72-Hour Sales Makeover Project

By engaging our services, you (the “Client”) agree to the terms outlined below. This agreement defines the scope, timeline, expectations, and limitations of the 72-Hour Sales Setup Project offered by our team.

1. Project Kickoff & Delivery Timeline

  • The project is scheduled for delivery within 24 to 72 hours of official kickoff.
  • The stated delivery timeframe of 24 to 72 hours applies strictly to business days and working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). While we make every effort to deliver within the promised window, actual delivery time may slightly or significantly vary based on project complexity or unforeseen circumstances. However, we are fully committed to honoring the agreed timeline and will always communicate promptly if any adjustments are necessary.
  • The project officially begins only after the following conditions have been met:
    1. At least 50% upfront payment of the total project cost (₦100,000) has been confirmed (₦50,000).
    2. The client has submitted all required assets and information requested.
    3. A free virtual consultation (10-minute brand strategy session) has taken place to help us understand the brand direction and objectives.
    4. The client receives a project start confirmation via email or WhatsApp (based on their subscribed communication channel).

2. Domain, Hosting, and Landing Page Access

  • We do not purchase domain or hosting on behalf of any client using the standard project fee.
  • Clients are expected to either:
    • Provide access to your existing domain and hosting account, or
    • Provide access to a sample webpage where we can build the landing page.
  • Clients without a website, active domain, or valid hosting must either:
    • Purchase and provide access to new hosting/domain services, or
    • Opt for our hosted landing page option, which we provide under our subdomain for an additional fee of ₦10,000.
      • This service is affordable, secured and reliable, as traditional hosting/domain can cost between ₦40,000–₦60,000+ elsewhere.

3. Ad Campaign Setup & Media Assets

  • Clients can choose one advertising platform for campaign setup:
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    • Google Ads
    • TikTok Ads
  • We do not pay for ad budgets or media content.
  • We only provide recommendations and setup service on the best-performing creatives and ad formats.
  • Clients are responsible for:
    • Supplying campaign media (video/image) or
    • Paying an additional negotiated fee if they want us to create ads for them. This fee will be agreed upon after campaign strategy is discussed.

4. Asset Access Requirements

  • For us to set up and integrate campaigns on Google, Meta, or TikTok, clients must provide required access to ad accounts, business managers, or related tools.
  • If clients prefer not to give account access, they may instead provide necessary data or grant limited integration permissions to enable us to connect campaigns to the landing page.

5. WhatsApp Cloud API Integration

  • WhatsApp Cloud API setup may require a third-party subscription fee if advanced automation features are requested.
  • Advanced tools (e.g. AI sales agents, automated flows) are offered through our trusted partners and may cost ₦30,000+, depending on features selected.
  • We can setup a free version with limited functionality (standard Business WhatsApp chat, and basic bot automations).
  • Clients are responsible for any costs related to third-party tools or subscriptions.

6. Email Marketing Integration

  • We set up automated email marketing using free or affordable platforms like Mailchimp, or sender (based on client preference).
  • Clients opting for premium email features or large contact lists may need to pay for an email platform subscription.
  • Our role is limited to setup; we do not pay for email marketing platforms.

7. CRM Setup

  • We recommend HubSpot CRM and will assist in setting up the free version of HubSpot, if requested.
  • Clients can explore paid CRM features directly with HubSpot or any third-party platform at their discretion.

8. Final Payment & Project Handover

  • Upon completion of the project, including testing and confirmation of working systems, the remaining 50% balance (₦49,500) becomes immediately due.
  • Project deliverables will not be transferred or published until full payment is received.
  • Clients will be able to review the completed project before making the final payment.

9. General Notes & Disclaimers

  • All services provided are setup-only. We do not manage live ad campaigns, respond to messages, or handle ongoing optimization unless separately agreed.
  • There are no hidden fees. Additional charges will only occur if the client requests:
    • Campaign media creation
    • Paid landing page hosting
    • Advanced WhatsApp or email tool subscriptions
  • We do not guarantee specific sales numbers or ad performance. We deliver proven systems, but final results depend on various factors outside our control (e.g. product-market fit, audience targeting, offer quality).

10. Agreement to Terms

By proceeding with payment and onboarding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
